Working Together

This page is here to help you understand what it’s like to work with me, so you can decide whether it feels right for you.

Most of the people I work with are trainers, coaches or consultants who are excellent at supporting others.

They care deeply about their work, take responsibility seriously, and want the people they serve to do well.

Over time though, that level of care often comes at a cost.

Not because they lack commitment or capability, but because their energy, their delivery and their way of working have never been designed as one joined‑up system.

You do not need to know exactly what kind of support you need yet.

Most people don’t.

What matters more is curiosity, honesty about your current energy, and a willingness to approach health, wellbeing and work in a way that supports commitment rather than depletion.

My Approach

I don’t believe in quick fixes, rigid plans, or pushing through at all costs.

Everyone I work with is already capable and committed. What is missing is not motivation, but clarity and structure that make consistency possible in real life.

My approach focuses on:

  • understanding how energy is currently being used across life and work
  • identifying where energy is quietly leaking
  • redesigning habits, delivery and ways of working so they support trust, clarity and commitment
  • providing accountability that encourages ownership rather than pressure

This work supports both personal wellbeing and the experience you create for others, so energy is available for what matters most.

Support that adapts as life and Work change

Life rarely stays the same for long.

Workloads shift. Energy levels change. Business models evolve.

Your support needs to be able to adapt too.

I work with people who are willing to take responsibility for their wellbeing and the way they work, with the right support alongside them.

Some people start with something simple and flexible.

Others need more hands‑on guidance and accountability.

Many move between different types of support over time.

What matters is that the support fits where you are now, not where you feel you should be.

Ways we can work together

I offer a small number of ways to work together, depending on where you are right now and whether your focus is rebuilding personal energy, sustaining delivery, or both.

Rebalance: The Summer School for Sustainable Energy

A structured but flexible programme for people who regularly feel stretched, overloaded, or quietly exhausted, and want to develop a more sustainable relationship with their energy.

Rather than focusing on fitness, nutrition, or productivity, Rebalance explores the less visible factors that affect physical, cognitive, and emotional energy. Things like expectations, boundaries, patterns of work and life, and where energy is being asked for rather than restored.

The programme is self‑paced and designed to fit around real life. Short weekly lessons can be completed anywhere and at any time, with space to reflect and apply ideas in a way that feels realistic for you.

Rebalance works well if you want clear structure and guidance, but without the intensity or commitment of one‑to‑one support, and with a particular focus on preparing and protecting your energy for what comes next.

Personalised One-to-One Energy coaching

Individual guidance and support for people who have been knocked off course by illness, injury, burnout, surgery, or a period where life or work has taken more out of them than expected. It’s also a good fit if things simply no longer feel as straightforward as they once did.

The focus is on your energy. We work together to support physical, cognitive, and emotional energy, rebuilding confidence and consistency at a pace that respects where you are now, rather than where you think you should be.

Support is personal, steady, and adaptive. You’ll have space to reflect, clear but gentle accountability, and someone alongside you as you find your footing again and decide what living and working well looks like moving forward.

Forever Fit and Fabulous Club

The Forever Fit and Fabulous Club provides ongoing support to help you manage your energy over time, not just your workouts.

Alongside movement and fitness, the club supports emotional resilience and cognitive clarity by offering rhythm, accountability and a space to check in regularly.

This is not about chasing goals or constant progress. It is about staying connected to what helps you feel well and capable as life changes.

The club suits people who want:

  • consistent support rather than short‑term fixes
  • encouragement and accountability without comparison
  • a way to look after their energy that flexes with real life

Many members use the club as a steady anchor that helps them stay well, focused and engaged without having to start over each time life shifts.

Wake Up and Workout

Wake Up and Workout are live, online fitness classes designed to build physical energy and create a steady but flexible rhythm to your week.

Regular movement supports strength, mobility and stamina. It also has a positive knock‑on effect on emotional and cognitive energy, helping you feel clearer, more settled and better able to focus during the day.

There is no expectation to attend every session.

Most people I work with have full, unpredictable diaries. Workloads shift. Energy fluctuates. Life happens.

You are encouraged to come when you can, rest when you need to, and return without guilt or catching up. Over time, this flexible approach is what helps consistency take root.

Sessions are deliberately simple and adaptable. You can work at a level that fits your energy on the day, without pressure or comparison.

Wake Up and Workout is a good fit if you want to:

  • build physical energy in a way that supports mood and focus
  • have a reliable option you can return to, rather than a rigid schedule to keep up with
  • create a movement habit that supports real life and work demands

This is about using movement as a steady source of energy, not another commitment to maintain perfectly.

Serve Well

Serve Well is for trainers, coaches and consultants who care deeply about the experience they create for their clients, but are starting to feel how much relies on them holding everything together.

You might recognise some of this.

Your work is high quality. Clients value you. People say nice things.
But delivery feels heavier than should.

Serve Well creates space to look at how your work is designed, not just how hard you try.

We look at how energy flows through your business, particularly across people, processes and platforms, and where that design is quietly making commitment harder to sustain. For you, and for your customers.

This work helps you:

  • reduce the load on yourself without lowering standards
  • make delivery steadier rather than reactive
  • create customer journeys that feel clear, supportive and easy to stay engaged with
  • build commitment that holds over time, not just at the point of yes

Serve Well is not about scaling fast, adding complexity, or documenting everything for the sake of it.

It is about designing your work so that:

  • your energy is protected
  • customers feel held and confident in the process
  • commitment is supported on both sides for the long term

This is a good fit if you want your business to support you as much as you support the people you serve.

Not sure which type of support would suit you?

If you’re unsure what would help most right now, the best next step is simply to get in touch.

You can share a little about where you’re at and what you’re looking for. I’ll reply by email and, if it feels useful, we can arrange a mutually convenient time to talk.

There’s no pressure to commit and no expectation to decide straight away.

What Working Together Feels Like

People often tell me that working together feels:

  • supportive rather than demanding
  • realistic rather than idealistic
  • steady rather than rushed

The aim isn’t to overhaul your life. It’s to help you make space for yourself in a way that’s sustainable.

Taking the Next Step

If this approach resonates, the next step is simply to get in touch.

You can tell me a little about where you’re at and what you’re looking for. I’ll reply by email and, if it feels useful, we can arrange a time to talk.

There’s no pressure to commit and no expectation to decide straight away.

"Thank you for giving me the kickstart I needed"

"Thank you so much - you are so generous and supportive."

"This lady has changed my life."

"Thank you Susannah! This has been really useful and eye-opening!"
