Working Together

This page is here to help you understand what it’s like to work with me, so you can decide whether it feels right for you.

Most of the people I work with are trainers, coaches or consultants who are very good at supporting others. They care deeply about their work and the people they serve. Over time though, that often means their own wellbeing gets pushed to the bottom of the list.

You don’t need to know exactly what you need yet. Most people don’t.

What matters more is that you’re open to support and willing to give your health and wellbeing the time and attention it deserves.

My Approach

I don’t believe in quick fixes, rigid plans, or pushing through at all costs.

Everyone I work with is capable, committed, and already doing a lot. What they’re missing isn’t motivation. It’s the right structure and support to help them stay consistent in real life.

My approach focuses on:

  • Understanding what actually fits your life and priorities
  • Building habits gradually so they have time to settle
  • Providing accountability without pressure or judgement
  • Supporting confidence and independence over time

This work is about learning how to look after yourself in a way that lasts, so you can continue to live and work well for the long run.

Support that adapts as life changes

Life rarely stays the same for long.

Workloads shift. Energy levels change. Priorities move around.

Your support needs to be able to adapt too.

That’s why I don’t lock people into one rigid way of working. This approach suits people who are willing to take responsibility for their wellbeing, with the right support alongside them.

Some people start with something simple and flexible.

Others need more hands on support and accountability.

Many move between different levels of support over time.

What matters is that the support fits where you are now, not where you think you should be.

Ways we can work together

I offer a small number of ways to work together, depending on how much guidance and accountability you want, and where you are right now.

Personalised 1:1 Longevity Support

Individual guidance and support for people who feel stuck or are navigating a setback.

This option is particularly well suited if you’ve been knocked off course by illness, burnout, a diagnosis, or a period where life or work has taken more out of you than expected. It also works well if things simply no longer feel as straightforward as they once did.

The focus is on longevity. We work together to help you rebuild confidence, energy and consistency at a pace that respects where you are now, not where you think you should be.

Support is personal, steady and adaptive. You’ll have space to reflect, gentle accountability, and someone alongside you as you find your footing again and decide what living well looks like moving forward.

You can read more about what one to one support looks like here.

Forever Fit and Fabulous Club

Ongoing group-based support and accountability for people who want consistency, encouragement, and personalised guidance alongside others.

The club offers structure, community and gentle accountability, without pressure or comparison.

You can read more about what it’s like to be part of the Forever Fit and Fabulous Club here.

Wake Up and Workout

Live sessions that help you stay active and create a consistent routine.

A supportive place to build regular movement into your week, especially if you want structure and momentum without intensity or perfection.

Pop up programmes

Occasional focused programmes offered at different points in the year.

These are usually seasonal and designed to help you reset, refocus or prepare for what’s ahead, without committing to long-term support.

Not sure which type of support would suit you?

If you’re unsure whether group support, one to one coaching, or something more flexible would be the best fit for you right now, there’s a short post that walks through the different options and helps you think it through.

What Working Together Feels Like

People often tell me that working together feels:

  • supportive rather than demanding
  • realistic rather than idealistic
  • steady rather than rushed

The aim isn’t to overhaul your life. It’s to help you make space for yourself in a way that’s sustainable.

Taking the Next Step

If this approach resonates, the next step is simply to get in touch.

You can tell me a little about where you’re at and what you’re looking for. I’ll reply by email and, if it feels useful, we can decide together whether a short call would help.

There’s no pressure to commit and no expectation to decide straight away.

"Thank you for giving me the kickstart I needed"

"Thank you so much - you are so generous and supportive."

"This lady has changed my life."

"Thank you Susannah! This has been really useful and eye-opening!"
