Meet Your energy Coach Susannah Simmons
I believe living and working well for longer depends on two things.
Having the energy to look after yourself.
And being able to serve others well, without draining yourself in the process.
Everything I do comes back to this simple idea:

This is the lens through which I support brilliant trainers, coaches and consultants to have a sustainable lifestyle and business they actually enjoy.
For many people, the challenge is not motivation or effort, but unseen energy leaks that make commitment harder to sustain over time.
These leaks can show up in everyday life, at work, or in the way you support others.
If you’re curious to learn more and uncover where your energy may be leaking, you can start here.
My Mission
I support people who are amazing at taking care of others to protect their energy, stay well, and design work and delivery that feel sustainable rather than exhausting.
Not through quick fixes or pressure.
But through steady support, practical guidance, and thoughtful accountability that fits real life.
My aim is to help them step out of survival mode and into a way of living and working that feels calmer, steadier, and built for the long term.
Where energy is protected and directed well:
- personal wellbeing becomes easier to maintain
- delivery becomes steadier rather than reactive
- customers feel held, confident in the process and more willing to commit
- the business supports the person running it, instead of quietly draining them
My Clients
I work primarily with trainers, coaches and consultants who care deeply about the quality of their work and the people they support.
They are capable, experienced and trusted. Often the ones others rely on.
Over time, that responsibility can take its toll on energy, health and enjoyment, especially when personal wellbeing, service delivery and customer experience are not designed as one joined‑up system.
My role is to help them look after themselves and their business with the same care they give to their customers, so they can continue doing meaningful work without burning out or diluting the experience they value.

How my background informs my work
My work is informed by training and experience across personal wellbeing, fitness, behaviour change, learning and development, and customer support and education.
This combination allows me to work at the level of people, processes and platforms, helping people understand where energy leaks occur across lifestyle, work design and customer journeys and how to redesign them to support commitment on both sides.
