What to Expect from Serve Well

Imagine one of the following happened tomorrow:

  • Three new clients said yes to working with you.
  • An existing client referred you to several people.
  • Demand for one of your services increased significantly.

Would you be able to cope?

Not just operationally. Without late nights. Without firefighting. Without carrying even more of the workload yourself.

Or perhaps your ambition isn't to take on more work at all.

Perhaps you'd like to maintain your current level of client work and income while reducing the amount of time, energy and attention it requires.

More freedom. More flexibility. More capacity.

Either way, the challenge is often the same:

How do you create a customer experience that supports your customers without constantly relying on you?

Serve Well helps you design and refine your services so they are clear, engaging, and scalable, while protecting your time and energy.

What is Serve Well?

Serve Well is a practical workshop and implementation programme designed for trainers, coaches and consultants who want to create better customer experiences while reducing demands on their own time and energy.

It combines a focused Serve Well Kickstart Day with three months of implementation support, helping you move from insight to action rather than leaving good ideas sitting in a notebook.

This is not a marketing programme. It focuses on what happens after someone says yes.

Serve Well ensures that when your sales and marketing efforts pay off, your onboarding, delivery, communication and follow-up remain clear, consistent and sustainable.

The aim is simple:

Create customer experiences that encourage commitment while creating more capacity in your business.

What Changes Over three Months

By the end of Serve Well, you will:

  • Know exactly who your key stakeholders are and what success means for each
  • Have mapped and refined your customer journey
  • Understand where energy is leaking from your delivery model
  • Hold a clear, usable process inventory for at least one core service
  • Feel more confident that your business can grow without placing ever-increasing demands on you

Participants often describe the shift as moving from reactive to intentional.

As one recent participant shared:

“Before Serve Well, I felt like I was flying blind when supporting my clients. It was hit or miss. Serve Well helped remove the blindfold. I now have real clarity about what I need to do.”

What’s Included

Serve Well Kickstart Day

A focused workshop experience designed to help you step back and work on your business rather than continually reacting in it.

During the Kickstart Day we'll work through:

  • Stakeholders
  • Success and emotions
  • The PERMEATE Path to Commitment
  • Customer journeys
  • Delivery systems and processes

You'll leave with clarity about where your biggest opportunities for improvement lie and what action to take next.

Three Months of Implementation Support

Following the Kickstart Day you'll have access to:

  • Six live online Serve Well POD sessions
  • Personalised feedback and support
  • Direct access to me for questions and guidance
  • A structured workbook and implementation resources
  • Access to session recordings
  • Ongoing discussion and support

Because insight without implementation creates very little change.

Why a Kickstart Day?

Many service-based business owners know there are improvements they'd like to make to their customer experience.

Perhaps there are questions you're answering repeatedly, processes you'd like to simplify, or ideas you've been meaning to implement for months.

Finding the time and headspace to work on the business rather than simply reacting in it is often the hardest part.

The Serve Well Kickstart Days are intentionally scheduled during times of the year when work is often a little quieter and there is more space to think strategically about the future.

The aim is to use that time to do the heavy lifting:

  • Identify energy leaks
  • Review the customer journey
  • Clarify priorities
  • Design improvements

The implementation support that follows ensures these ideas don't simply end up filed away in a notebook or buried in a digital folder.

Instead, you'll have the accountability, support and protected thinking space needed to put them into practice.

What We’ll Cover (and why it matters)

Month and Topic

So that...

Even if...

Stakeholder Identification

You know who really matters in your business and where to focus your energy

You think you know your customers already or don't see yourself as strategic

Customer Feelings

You get clear on what ‘good’ feels like for you and your customers

Emotions or wellbeing feel hard to pin down or talk about in business terms

Customer Commitment Mapping

You define success for your programme and plot the path to commitment for your key stakeholders

You don’t enjoy thinking in processes or prefer to keep things fluid

Process Inventory Creation

You create a process inventory (your first version of Standard Operating Procedures) for at least one of your services, breaking things down into clear steps and uncovering ways to streamline, delegate, or improve

You worry that documenting processes will box you in or limit your creativity

Who It’s For

Serve Well is for service-based business owners who:

  • Run or are launching a programme and want to build it to scale sustainably
  • Rely too heavily on themselves to hold delivery together
  • Notice engagement, clarity, or energy slipping as they grow
  • Care about protecting their time and energy as much as their reputation
  • Want growth without compromising quality

This experience is not passive learning. It requires reflection, honesty, and a willingness to look under the bonnet of your business.

Your Investment

The more you engage, the more you gain.

Time investment:

  • One online Serve Well Kickstart Day
  • Two one-hour POD sessions each month during the implementation period
  • Approximately one to two hours per month for reflection and implementation

This is thinking work. You will be asked to observe your current delivery, test ideas, and apply what you learn in real time.

Financial investment: £780

Payable upfront or £260 per month over three months.
