What to Expect at Rebalance

Rebalance is an 8-week reset designed to help you pause, notice, and rebalance your energy.

It exists for people who care about life and work, who notice their energy moves in cycles, and who would like things to feel more sustainable.

If you’re used to programmes, challenges, or fixed routines, Rebalance may feel a little different.

That’s intentional.

This page is here to help you understand how the Summer School works, so you can decide whether it feels like a good fit and arrive feeling at ease.

Why a Reset?

There are times in life when we instinctively feel the need to pause and take stock.

For some people that might be the start of a new year.

For others it might be after a busy period at work, a major life change, a holiday, or simply the feeling that something needs to shift.

Rebalance is designed for those moments.

It provides space to notice what is happening with your energy, understand what may be contributing to it, and decide where you want to focus your attention moving forward.

There is nothing to attend live, no in-person sessions, and no expectation that you block out large amounts of time.

Instead, you're invited to engage with Rebalance in a way that fits your life, your schedule and your current energy levels.

What Rebalance is (and isn’t)

Rebalance is a guided reflective space.

It’s not a challenge.

It’s not a productivity programme.

It’s not about fixing yourself or building perfect habits.

Instead, it’s an eight‑part programme that helps you understand how your energy actually works across life and work, where it leaks, and what helps restore it.

The focus is on noticing patterns, making sense of them, and gently rebalancing things before the busier months return.

How Rebalance works

Rebalance includes eight short lessons, one for each week of the programme.

Each lesson focuses on one aspect of how energy is gained, lost, or protected in everyday life and work.

The intention is not to fix anything, but to help you notice what’s really going on so you can rebalance things more deliberately.

The lessons are designed to be worked through in order, as each one builds on what came before.

However, there’s no expectation that you complete a lesson on a specific day, or even within the same week it’s released.

You move through at a pace that fits your life and your energy.

Each lesson includes:

  • the option of a short video or a written lesson in the companion journal
  • gentle prompts to help you notice how the theme shows up in everyday life

The lessons are there to give you context and direction, while the prompts help you translate ideas into your own real-world experience.

You can watch or read the lessons wherever it suits you.

That might be:

    • whilst waiting for an appointment
    • during a coffee break
    • on the train or plane
    • in a quiet moment between other commitments

The companion journal is intentionally A5, so it’s easy to slip into a bag and have with you, rather than something that lives on a shelf at home.

You can use it for:

  • writing
  • doodling
  • sketching
  • mapping ideas
  • or simply holding your thinking in one place

There’s no requirement to write neatly, at length, or in a particular way.

The journal is there to support how you think.

There’s no right way to take part

One of the most important things to know is this:

You’re not expected to:

  • watch everything straight away
  • work through everything within a specific week
  • write in the journal every time
  • share or explain your reflections to anyone

Some lessons will resonate more strongly than others.

Some ideas may feel immediately useful.

Others might sit quietly until later.

Quiet participation, occasional sharing, or complete independence are all equally supported.

Rebalance is designed to support different energy levels, learning styles, and life circumstances.

Optional support and shared space

Alongside the teaching and journal, there is an optional group chat space.

You can use this space if you want to:

  • share something you’re noticing
  • ask a question
  • get gentle support from me
  • or see how others are approaching the same themes

You’re also welcome to use it very quietly.

You don’t need to introduce yourself, post regularly, or share personal details.

Some people will pop in occasionally.

Some will read without posting.

Some won’t use the group at all.

All of those are valid ways to take part.

The group exists to offer connection and reassurance if and when it’s useful, not to create noise or obligation.

What Rebalance focuses on

Across the eight lessons, you’re invited to explore:

  • which emotions drain your energy and which you want more of
  • where you’re over‑engaged, under‑challenged, or running on autopilot
  • how relationships, expectations, and motivation affect how tired or steady you feel
  • what progress looks like when energy is limited
  • how trust with yourself is built or eroded over time
  • how to use what you’ve noticed to make clearer choices going forward

The aim isn’t to change everything.

It’s to understand enough that life and work feel more manageable.

Creating a More Sustainable Relationship With Your Energy

Many of us move through life in cycles of pushing, recovering, and pushing again.

We tell ourselves that things will settle down after the next project, the next holiday, the next deadline, or the next busy period.

But unless we understand what is draining our energy and what helps restore it, the same patterns often repeat.

Rebalance is designed to help you step back and understand what is affecting your cognitive, emotional and physical energy, and how those three interact.

As you move through the programme, you're supported to notice:

  • what taxes your thinking and attention
  • what carries an emotional cost
  • what your body can realistically sustain
  • and where boundaries or expectations may need to shift

The intention is not perfection.

It's to help you build a more sustainable relationship with your energy so that life and work feel steadier, whatever season of life you find yourself in.

If you’re unsure where to begin

If it helps, you can start with the Energy Leaks Quiz.

The quiz is a gentle way to notice where your energy may currently be leaking across life and work, and to put language to things you may already sense.

Investment

The investment for Rebalance is £198.

This includes:

  • Eight weeks of guided learning and reflection
  • Access to all video lessons
  • A companion journal
  • Access to the optional community space
  • Support throughout the programme

More importantly, it provides dedicated time and space to understand what boosts your energy, what drains it, and how to create a more sustainable way of living and working.

Questions?

If you're interested in Rebalance but would like to talk through whether it's the right fit for you, I'd be happy to help.

You can get in touch with any questions you may have, or arrange a short conversation to explore your situation and what you're hoping to achieve.

Get in touch

There is absolutely no obligation to join.

Sometimes a short conversation is all that's needed to decide whether Rebalance feels like the right next step.

In summary

Rebalance is an 8-week reset designed to help you understand what boosts your energy, what drains it, and what deserves more of your attention.

You move through the lessons in order, at your own pace.

You engage when and where it suits you.

You're guided without being pushed.

And you're invited to create a more sustainable relationship with your energy through awareness, reflection, and intentional action.
