Solopreneur Success Stories & Client Results

Serve Well Reviews

We already had processes in place, but they felt one-size-fits-all. We lacked clarity on how to adapt them to truly support each client through their journey.

Working with Susannah was clear, intentional, and practical. She helped us understand not just what we were doing, but how and why. That made it much easier to identify gaps and make meaningful improvements.

Now we have real clarity. Our processes are more structured, but also more tailored. We can spot gaps quickly, adapt as needed, and show up more deliberately in how we guide and support our clients.

If you want to see your business and client journey more clearly, Susannah is brilliant. She helps you focus on what really matters and refine your approach without overcomplicating it.

My business was still in its infancy in terms of structure and processes.
Working with Susannah was a delight. She brought a fresh perspective and created space to learn at a pace that suited me.

I now have far more clarity and have started shaping my key processes. There is still work to do, but I have the tools and direction to move forward.

If you want clarity on your customer journey, Susannah is perfectly placed to help. Just be ready to take action.

Tracy-Anne Barker

Before working with Susannah, I assumed I was being approachable and clear in my customer interactions.

The Serve Well process was enlightening, positive, and practical. It helped me see that I cannot rely on assumptions. I now actively apply the PERMEATE principles across my communication and services, which has made a real difference.

Wake Up and Workout Reviews

I am a busy business founder and owner. I also have family commitments so juggle many plates. I know though it is important for me to keep the plate with me on it steady! My days can run away with time, so doing the morning Wake Up and Work Out sessions with Susannah are a fantastic way to start the day. I like the fact every session is different to the last. I feel so energised and ready for the day after each session. I jump out of bed eager to join the sessions and I always finish feeling stronger, clearer and ready to take on the day! Looking after yourself is not a luxury - it is essential.

Many of us assume ambition belongs to younger people, but I’m not convinced that’s true. Reflecting on an old “50 Before 50” list reminded me that while some ambitions naturally change over time, others quietly slip into the background as life and work become busier. In this personal reflection, I explore midlife ambitions, the role energy plays in pursuing what matters, and how we can reconnect with the possibilities we still want for our lives.
