Hi, I’m Susannah Simmons, The Energy Coach.
I'm fascinated by the relationship between energy, ambition and what's possible when we have the capacity to pursue the things that matter to us.
Through coaching, programmes and workshops, I help people create, protect and direct their energy towards the life and work they want to create.
Because the gap between where we are and where we want to be isn't always a lack of knowledge, motivation or strategy.
Often, it's an energy gap.

Who Is This For
Most of the people I work with are over 40 and juggling work, family and responsibility.
Many are trainers, coaches or consultants. All are capable, experienced and very good at putting other people first.
They often know what helps them feel at their best.
The challenge is creating the capacity to consistently do it.
