This guide explains how the Feel Good Hub can be used to track your wellbeing habits.
Habits are set up for you and appear automatically in the app on the days they are scheduled.
Step 1: Choose the habits you want to track
Habits are always set up by me, but you have a say in what we focus on.
You can choose:
- Pre‑made habits from the Hub’s standard library, or
- Custom habits tailored to you and your lifestyle
The tabs below show examples of the pre‑made habits available.
You can choose directly from them or use these as inspiration.
To set a habit up in the Feel Good Hub, I’ll need to know:
- When you’d like the habit to start
- How long you’d like to focus on it
- Which day or days of the week you want it to appear
That’s all. Once you’ve decided, let me know and I’ll take care of the rest.
Step 2: Track Your Habits
Once a habit has been set up, it will appear automatically on your Dash in the Feel Good Hub on the days it’s active.
To mark a habit complete:
- Open the Feel Good Hub app on your phone (or log in to the web app.)
- Tap on the habit.
- Tap on the Complete button.
That’s all you need to do.
If you miss a day, simply leave it unticked and carry on next time it appears.
A note about streaks and achievements
You may notice that the app shows things like winning streaks, milestones or badges.
You can check your progress at any time by tapping Goals in the mobile app or Goals and Habits on the web version.
These features are there as encouragement, not as a measure of success.
If you find them motivating, great. If not, feel free to ignore them.
What matters most is whether the habit feels supportive and realistic in your day‑to‑day life.
If something isn’t working
If a habit feels unhelpful, stressful or no longer relevant, let me know.
Habits can always be adjusted, paused or changed. The aim is to support you, not to add pressure.
