I created this Club because I was tired of seeing myself and other brilliant solopreneurs falling off track and beating ourselves up about it. Not because we didn't care, but because we were trying to do it all alone.

Do I need to attend everything to get value from the Club?

Is it suitable for beginners?

Yes! Whether you’re just getting started or getting back on track, the support is tailored to you. There’s no pressure to keep up with anyone else.

What if I already work with another coach or fitness/Health programme?

That’s totally fine. The Club works beautifully alongside other support. Think of it as your foundation layer—helping you stay steady, feel good in yourself, and bring it all together.

 

What happens when I book a call?

We’ll have a relaxed, no-pressure chat about what you need and whether the Club feels like a good fit. If it does, I’ll help you get started. If not, I’ll signpost you to something that suits better.

 

What is the Feel Good Hub?

The Feel Good Hub is my private coaching app where you’ll find everything you need to stay on track between sessions. It’s where I share your personalised plans, workouts, and resources, and where you can track your habits—whether that’s eating well, moving more, or building customer-friendly routines. You’ll also have access to in-app messaging, so you can ask questions, get feedback, or celebrate wins with me, and the group, as you go.
