FAQs
As fit as you currently are! Every session is designed with adaptations so you can start where you are. Whether you're easing back into movement or already active, you'll be supported at your level.
Almost certainly! I’m Level 3 Exercise Referral and Older Adults qualified, which means I’m trained to work with individuals managing a wide range of health conditions safely and effectively. Before starting, you’ll be asked to complete a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire), and if needed, we’ll have a quick chat to discuss your individual circumstances. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch beforehand if you have questions or want to check if the sessions are right for you.
Not a problem. You have until 24 hours before to transfer your ticket, free of charge, to any session within 2 weeks of the original session booked.
Just a mat, a bottle of water, and a willingness to move. Layers and gloves are useful for outdoor sessions in cold weather.
Yes! You can use the code FREETRIAL to book your first session for free - one time per person. Simply enter it at checkout when booking your spot.
