You don’t need to arrive with a clear problem or goal.
This is not a coaching programme, a discovery call, or a performance review. It’s a space to slow things down and listen more carefully to what your energy is already telling you.
Before the Personal Energy Audit
After booking a time for out conversation, you’ll be invited to complete a short set of reflection questions.
These questions are intentionally simple. They invite you to describe your experience in your own words, without judgement or analysis. Some people answer quickly. Others prefer to sit with them for a while.
If you complete the questions ahead of time, I’ll send you a reminder of your responses before we meet. We’ll begin the session by checking whether anything feels different since you wrote them.
If you don’t get to the questions, that’s okay. We can work with whatever is present in the conversation.
During the Personal Energy Audit
The session itself is calm, unhurried, and conversational.
We’ll start where you are. I’ll listen carefully to how you describe your energy and reflect your words back so we can explore what they point to. There’s no diagnosing, no telling you what you should be doing, and no pressure to reach a particular outcome.
Many people find the value comes from being given the space to think out loud, without interruption or interpretation.
By the end of the session, people often leave with:
