A Private Coaching App for My Clients
The Feel Good Hub is a private coaching app that supports your success by helping you build consistency. Whether you're working on personal wellbeing, customer wellbeing, or both, the Hub is designed to keep everything in one place and make your life easier.
It’s delivered via a platform called Trainerize, but the content inside is fully customised for my clients. I’ve designed it to help you build and maintain healthy habits, stay accountable, and take confident action without feeling overwhelmed.
From lesson content and goal tracking to resources, messaging, and support, the Hub brings everything together so you don’t have to keep switching tabs or digging through your inbox.
The app also syncs with popular services like Apple Health, Garmin, and MyFitnessPal so your existing habits and routines can integrate smoothly into your personalised coaching experience.
How It Supports You
The Feel Good Hub is built around the three pillars that run through all of my services:
- Knowledge – clear guidance and helpful resources tailored to you
- Awareness – a space to reflect and track what’s working
- Accountability – supportive nudges and reminders to keep you on track
Not every service includes all three. But the Hub gives me a flexible way to offer the right level of support for your goals and your preferences.

Who Gets Access (And What’s Included)
The Feel Good Hub is only available to clients and there are two different levels of access: Basic and Full.
Basic Access
All clients get Basic Access to the Hub, which includes:
- The ability to book and view appointments
- Access to the Dash, Calendar, and My Account sections in the app
- The option to view and purchase products
Full Access
Clients with Full Access get everything in Basic, plus personalised features designed to support their coaching programme. Depending on the service, this can include:
- Messaging and group chat features
- Assigned training or movement programs
- Tools to track your workouts, cardio, meals, photos, body stats, and sleep
- Access to coaching content, check-ins, and tailored resources
You’ll always be told what’s included when you sign up, but here’s a quick overview to show you what access level comes with each service:
