How It Works

Wednesdays and Fridays at 7:30am

You don’t need to attend every session each week. The system is flexible, so you can book the mornings that work for you and your busy schedule.

You manage your own bookings through the Feel Good Hub, so you’re always in control. Book ahead to stay committed, but if a client makes a last-minute demand or your plans change, you can easily reschedule right up until the night before.

Hi, I’m Susannah Simmons, longevity trainer, coach and cheerleader.

I created Wake Up and Workout Online for people who want to exercise regularly but struggle to find the time. My sessions are designed for real life, where energy levels, commitments, and even locations can shift from week to week.

You’ll get expert guidance, gentle accountability, and a community that believes fitness should feel good, not forced.

I’m also an Older Adults and Exercise Referral qualified instructor, which means I can tailor each session to suit your needs. If you’re managing an injury, health condition, or simply want to take things at your own pace, I’ll make sure the movements feel safe, enjoyable, and right for you.

FAQs

How fit do I need to be to take part?

As fit as you currently are! Every session is designed with adaptations so you can start where you are. Whether you're easing back into movement or already active, you'll be supported at your level.

 

I have an injury or medical condition. can i participate?

Almost certainly! I’m Level 3 Exercise Referral and Older Adults qualified, which means I’m trained to work with individuals managing a wide range of health conditions safely and effectively. Before starting, you’ll be asked to complete a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire), and if needed, we’ll have a quick chat to discuss your individual circumstances. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch beforehand if you have questions or want to check if the sessions are right for you.

 

What if my plans change and I can't make a session?

Not a problem. You have until 12 hours before to cancel your session and have your credit refunded

 

What do I need to bring?

Just a mat, a drink, and a willingness to move.

 

Can I try before committing?

Absolutely! Your first session is free so you can try it out and see if it works for you. Email me to arrange your free trial.

 

Early mornings don’t work for me. Do you offer other workout options?

I get it, early starts aren’t for everyone. While Wake Up and Workout is all about energising morning sessions, each edition of my Focus, Flow & Flourish magazine includes a quick, do-anytime workout you can try at home.
