Working Together
This page is here to help you understand what it’s like to work with me, so you can decide whether it feels right for you.
There’s no expectation to know exactly what you need yet. Most people don’t.
What matters more is that you’re open to support and willing to give your health and wellbeing the time it needs.
My Approach
I don’t believe in quick fixes, rigid plans, or pushing through at all costs.
Most of the people I work with are capable, committed, and already doing a lot. What they’re missing isn’t motivation. It’s the right structure and support to help them stay consistent in real life.
My approach focuses on:
- Understanding what actually fits your life and priorities
- Building habits gradually so they have time to settle
- Providing accountability without pressure or judgement
- Supporting confidence and independence over time
This work is about learning how to look after yourself in a way that lasts.
Support that adapts as life changes
Life rarely stays the same for long.
Workloads shift. Energy levels change. Priorities move around.
Your support needs to be able to adapt too.
That’s why I don’t lock people into one rigid way of working.
Some people start with something simple and flexible.
Others need more hands on support and accountability.
Many move between different levels of support over time.
What matters is that the support fits where you are now, not where you think you should be.
Ways we can work together
I offer a small number of ways to work together, depending on how much guidance and accountability you want.
Wake Up and Workout
Live fitness sessions that help you stay active and create a flexible routine. A positive place to start if you want movement and structure without pressure.
Forever Fit and Fabulous Club
Ongoing group based support and accountability for people who want consistency, encouragement, and personalised guidance alongside others.
You can read more about what it’s like to be part of the Forever Fit and Fabulous Club here.
1:1 Coaching and Accountability
Personal coaching for those who work best with regular one to one support and someone alongside them to help them follow through.
You can read more about what one to one coaching looks like here.
Pop up programmes
Occasional focused programmes offered at different points in the year.
Not sure which type of support would suit you?
If you’re unsure whether group support, one to one coaching, or something more flexible would be the best fit for you right now, there’s a short post that walks through the different options and helps you think it through.
What Working Together Feels Like
People often tell me that working together feels:
- supportive rather than demanding
- realistic rather than idealistic
- steady rather than rushed
The aim isn’t to overhaul your life. It’s to help you make space for yourself in a way that’s sustainable.
Taking the Next Step
If this approach resonates, the next step is simply to get in touch.
You can tell me a little about where you’re at and what you’re looking for. I’ll reply by email and, if it feels useful, suggest a short call to talk things through.
There’s no pressure to commit and no expectation to decide straight away.
"Thank you for giving me the kickstart I needed"
"Thank you so much - you are so generous and supportive."
"This lady has changed my life."
"Thank you Susannah! This has been really useful and eye-opening!"
