Age Well is designed for men and women in their 40s, 50s and 60s who run micro businesses and know that their energy, wellbeing and physical capacity directly influence the success and sustainability of their work. When you feel good, your business feels it too. When your energy dips, everything becomes harder.
Maybe you are already doing some things to look after yourself, but you are not always sure if they are the right things. Or perhaps you are ready to make changes but are unsure where to begin. You hear lots of advice about ageing, and much of it feels confusing, unrealistic or based on outdated myths.

What Is Age Well?
Age Well gives you a simple and adaptable approach to understanding and supporting your long term wellbeing. You will learn what ageing well really looks like, build the essential knowledge and habits that support your body and create a personal plan that fits your energy, your lifestyle and the realities of running a business.
Ageing well is not something you focus on for a few weeks and then set aside. Your needs, energy and capacity change over time, and your approach needs to evolve with you. The work you do here will help you understand what matters, develop self awareness and put the right habits in place so you can continue to age well long after the programme ends.
The experience combines education, reflection and steady accountability, without pressure or perfection. You will take part in two live workshops, explore weekly topics in your own time and receive support through the Feel Good Hub, with the option of personalised guidance if you want it.

I am Susannah Simmons, a longevity-focused trainer and coach.
I help midlife micro business owners take good care of themselves and their customers, so they can thrive in life and business without burning out.
